Because shoes are better when they're your size not tighter, We advise that you order a size or two more than your usual size so there's no hitch, especially for Kicks. For example, if you're a 42, order a 43 or 44, that way it won't injure your foot because it's too tight.

Can I make changes to the order I already placed?

Yes you can. You can either cancel the order made and make a new correct one or you add to your order. If you made a mistake in your order and you have paid, contact us. Response is immediate and our job is to get you what you want and we'd make sure to do just that.

Can I get it delivered faster if I pay a little extra charge?

Yes, you can. If you want a faster delivery, contact us. Although it will cost you extra fee, you'd get your goods delivered in no time. Fast order, fast delivery.

What is the return policy?

If something is wrong with the product you ordered, you can return it. However, we have to certify that there's something wrong with the good. If it is ascertained, we'd replace it with an extra gift for the troubles.
