Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from China are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

When will I get the tracking number?

The KD CLASSIC-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 7-10 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 working days from the day you completed your payment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
